Tide Line is a collaboration between the public, artist Tim Sanderson and the land, sea and weather of the Cley Shingle Beach in North Norfolk. An ongoing, ever shifting, conversation between all the living elements of the landscape.

Starting in June 2014 a line of white stones gathered from the beach, will start to accumulate and grow eastwards along the High Water Mark. You are invited to join in, add stones to the line, and add thoughts and photographs to the blog.

Tide line is part of the CLEY 14 exhibition – 3 July to 3 August 2014.

Just been to lay a few stones to extend the line … got some funny looks from people just there for a swim but hope they go and have a look. Looking forward to seeing how far it goes – Paul Klee taking a line for a walk, Andy Goldsworthy and Richard Long spring to mind with this; hope it is what you hope for, Tim.
